Yes, that’s right, all the dogs are uniquely spiced, ground, and then piped gently into the casings. The only exception is with the classic and footlong dogs — which are 100% beef, ordered fresh for each event, because you can’t perfect perfection! Every time we are at a new brewery, we make a special beer mustard with one of their selected brews! The details are there, right down to the spicy red bell katsup for the classic dog.
